These Release Notes describe the new features and changes available in this release of the Trimble Perspective software.

Resolved issues

  • Performance: Improved application start time.
  • Performance: Resolved issue with some processing not properly terminating when exiting the application.
  • Performance: Significantly reduced processing time of colorization.
  • Performance: Improved visual quality of colorizing occluded areas.
  • Import: Resolved issue causing random crashes when importing TZF files specifically when the TZF files contains large coordinate values.
  • Usage: Resolved issue where rotating the scene wasn’t possible when mouse or finger was over an annotation.
  • Display: Resolved issue when resolution was set to 125% which could cause a crash or prevent projects from being created.
  • Display: Resolved issue with point cloud render changes not being applied correctly.
  • Display: Improved the Z axis filter to apply to all stations not just those displayed.
  • Registration: Resolved issue where unleveled station would sometimes be used as the reference when registering.
  • Interoperability: Added support enhancements for Trimble Capture Software.
