Step 5. Connect to the receiver web interface

  1. Press . Wait for the Wi-Fi LED to start flashing.

  2. Search for available Wi-Fi networks on your smartphone or computer. Select Trimble GNSS xxxx, where xxxx represents the last four digits of the receiver serial number.

    The default network password is the serial number of the receiver.

    For receivers activated after 1 August 2025 or receivers upgraded to v6.43 /5.83 and later. The default password (encryption key) is the serial number of the receiver not abcdeabcde. When configuring the receiver for the first time, you should change the Wi-Fi access point password from the default password to a more secure password.

  3. On your smartphone or computer:

    1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address: https://192.168.142.1

  4. Log into the web interface. The default login details are:

    User Name: admin
    Password: password

  5. The first time you connect to the web interface, you are prompted to change the default login credentials.
