Step 8. Connect to the receiver web interface

1. Turn on the receiver.

2. Find the receiver access point SSID under the available Wi-Fi networks on your computer or smart device. The default SSID is Trimble GNSS xxxx, where xxxx represents the last four digits of the receiver serial number.

3. Select the receiver SSID and connect to the Wi-Fi access point.

   The default network password is the serial number of the receiver.

   For receivers activated after 1 August 2025 or receivers upgraded to v6.43 /5.83 and later. The default password (encryption key) is the serial number of the receiver not abcdeabcde. When configuring the receiver for the first time, you should change the Wi-Fi access point password from the default password to a more secure password.

4. On your computer or smart device:

   1. Open a web browser and enter the IP address: https://192.168.142.1

5. Log into the web interface. The default login details are:

   User Name: admin
   Password: password

The first time you connect to the web interface, you are prompted to change the default login credentials.
