).
-
The device name and serial number.
-
The version of the field software (firmware) loaded in the receiver.
-
In the status message, information about the receiver such as its position, satellites used, battery percentage, available storage space, networks connected to, and the warranty expiration date.
Connection
A Trimble Cloud Certificate is installed on your receiver that identifies it as a Trimble device. To check that the certificate is installed, select Receiver Status / Identity / Trimble Cloud Certificate. If it is not installed, update the receiver firmware. See Check for Firmware Upgrades.
With an installed Trimble Cloud Certificate, by default, the connection to the WorksManager software is enabled in the receiver web interface. The receiver then sends position and status updates to WorksManager.
To connect a receiver to the WorksManager software
-
Prepare the receiver:
-
Ensure the receiver has firmware version 6.26/5.66 or later installed. See Check for Firmware Upgrades.
-
Have the receiver powered on and in a location with clear sky visibility to ensure a strong GNSS signal.
