Base station accessory kit for the SPS985/SPS986 smart antenna

The following photo shows an SPS985 smart antenna set up as a base station with the Base station accessory kit in use (the tribach is not included in the kit):

This accessory kit is useful when setting up an SPS985/SPS986 smart antenna as a base station.

  • The Lemo to Battery Clips cable (P/N 83223-00) allows a long-life power supply like a car battery to be used.

  • The SAE to SAE extension cable (P/N 51862-00) means the power supply such as a car battery can be located in a secure area a short distance from the tripod or mounting pole.

  • The SAE to DC (P/N 88769-00) enables you to connect the AC to DC power supply to the SAE type connectors.

  • The 25 cm pole extension and Adapter plate elevates an SPS985/SPS986 smart antenna upwards when on a tripod, so that the radio antenna is hanging down free.
