Position VCV information (Type 11 record)
| Field | Item | Type | Value | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | Output record type | Char | 0Bh | Earth-Centered, Earth-Fixed (ECEF) position output record. |
| 1 | Record length | Char |
 | Bytes in record. |
| 2 to 5 | Position RMS | Float |
 | The range residual RMS is the square root of the sum of the squares of the range residuals divided by the number of degrees of freedom in the solution. |
| 6 to 9 | VCV xx | Float |
 | VCVxx through VCVzz is the variance-covariance matrix. This contains the positional components of the inverted normal matrix of the position solution in a ECEF WGS-84 reference. |
| 10 to 13 | VCV xy | Float |
 | |
| 14 to 17 | VCV xz | Float |
 | |
| 18 to 21 | VCV yy | Float |
 | |
| 22 to 25 | VCV yz | Float |
 | |
| 26 to 29 | VCV zz | Float |
 | |
| 30 to 33 | Unit variance | Float |
 | The unit variance of the position solution. |
| 34 to 35 | Number of epochs | Short |
 | Indicates the number of measurements used to calculate the position. It may be greater than 1 for positions subjected to a STATIC constraint. |
