Trimble SX12 scanning total station help

This help describes how to setup and use the Trimble® SX12 scanning total station.

The SX12 scanning total station is a high-accuracy robotic total station and 3D scanner in one instrument. It enables you to complete surveying, imaging and high-speed scanning with one instrument.

The SX12 scanning total station is available in two different models:

  • Long range radio (LRR) (SX12-100 - internal Trimble name only)

  • Wi-Fi HaLow™ radio (SX12-200 - internal Trimble name only)

Throughout this help the Trimble SX12 scanning total station will be referred to as the instrument.
