Charging the T70

It takes approximately 4 hours to charge the T70 battery from an empty state. It may take longer if you are using your device for power-intensive activities, for example using GNSS or processing a lot of data while you are charging it.

Trimble recommends using the T70 charger offered as an accessory in most regions. For regions where this is not available, Trimble recommends using a 65 W (or higher) USB-C Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 or 3.1 charger, that uses the Programmable Power Supply (PPS) standard.

Connect the international plug adapter for your region to the USB-C cord supplied with the controller.
Connect the USB-C cable to the charging port on the controller.
Plug the power supply into an electrical outlet.
