Inserting a SIM card

To use cellular data, you will need a NanoSIM card and a data plan from your local cellular service provider to use this feature. See Working with mobile broadband for more information.

If the device is on, turn it off; tap Power/ Shut down.
Unscrew the SIM bay door, and insert the SIM card into its slot.

TIP – Use the small screwdriver that is integrated in the stylus.
Close the SIM bay door and screw it back into place to seal it.
