Blast holes are those that are created vertically up from split hole inclinations. They use an inverse of the subdrilling depth defined for the regular blast holes, meaning that they stop the specificed distance above the split hole inclination (as opposed to subdrilling for regular blast holes which stop the same distance below the design surface).
