Set Command Shortcuts
Use the Define Command Shortcuts command to set shortcuts (single hot keys or key combinations) that you can use to quickly launch the commands that you run the most. Each command can only have one shortcut, and each shortcut can only be defined for one command.
Note: The command shortcuts that you define are saved only for the user interface (UI) in which you are working. Shortcuts you create while working in the ribbon UI are not available in the menu and toolbar UI, and vice versa. You can, however, create shortcuts in each UI if you switch between them.
