Additional changes

The following items were not included in the TBC 2024.00 Release Notes due to translation deadlines:

Russian language support was removed from Siteworks v1.73, so Russian is no longer available in the TBC Work Order Viewer.
To fix an issue in which different printer drivers render grid text at different sizes, a new Grid text scale property has been added for plotbox objects. Use this property to adjust the grid text size when printing a selected plotbox for which the print preview does not match printed output.
