Split a Mobile Mapping Run

The Split Mobile Mapping Run feature enables you to split a long run into small chunks and select each for processing purposes.

Note: The Split Mobile Mapping Run feature can be used with all MX series mobile mapping system runs (excluding the MX7).

To split a mobile mapping run:

1. In the Project Explorer, select an unprocessed run.
2. Select Split Run in Mobile Mapping > Processing. The Split Run dialog opens.
   
   The Plan View shows the trajectory of the selected run.
3. Pick a position on the displayed trajectory of the selected run.
   
   The Plan View shows the split point on the run, and the Split Run dialog displays the Timestamp and Distance From Beginning values.
   
   
4. Click OK to close the Split Run dialog.
   
   The selected run is split into two pieces of runs.
