Import Rangefinder Observation (Laser) Data
Files with the extension .pbj can contain ranging/laser data. Upon import, these observations are automatically assigned mapping quality. In the Project Explorer, a laser base is identified by an 
icon and a laser observation is identified with an 
icon.
Data Quality
The quality of the To point coordinates calculated from laser data depends, in order, on the quality of the:
- Corresponding From points
- Quality of the laser observations
The lowest quality of any of these determines the quality of the final To point.
Feature codes
Feature codes can be added to laser data within the Properties pane.
