The device's USB cable has a specific connector which fits with the device's USB type C connector.

  1. Connect the USB type C end of the USB power cable to the USB type C power socket on the handheld.

  2. Connect the USB end of the power cable to the AC adaptor.

  3. Connect the adaptor to main power. An international adaptor kit is provided with the handheld.

Fully charging the standard battery from empty takes approximately four hours when connected to main power.

It is recommended to charge from main power for the most efficient charging.

Avoid keeping the battery at full charge at high temperatures.

The life of the battery can be significantly shortened if power is constantly supplied to the handheld. To avoid this issue, connect the handheld to an external power source only when the battery requires charging. Once fully charged, disconnect the external power source and allow the battery to discharge through normal use.
