Bandwidth enhancement (bandwidth limitation)

Starting with firmware version 5.5 on Trimble GNSS receivers equipped with an internal radio, the GNSS base station selects the ideal number of satellites for which it sends observations through the radio, depending on the format and protocol you have selected. For a Trimble GNSS base station connected to an external UHF radio, you must enable this option. To ensure optimal RTK performance, we strongly recommend always enabling this option. The amount of data broadcast every time frame never goes over the setting capability, thus resulting in a small correction age. Firmware version 5.5 or later is only required on the GNSS base station.
