This software update for Trimble® 4D Control™ contains updates to version 6.1.0 released in December 2020. The following document provides an overview of the changes.
Overview
Support for Loadsensing Laser Extensometer Sensor
The integration with Loadsensing has been further extended by adding the support for Loadsensing's wireless laser distance meter. For further information on the sensor, please refer to the worldsensing website.
Conversion to File-Based Data Collector in Connection with Measurement Corrections
An issue has been resolved that prevented a user from successfully converting an existing Data Receiver module of the system configuration to a file-based Data Collector module.
Improved Handling of Missing Custom Report Logo
Reports now continue to be generated also in case the customized report logo file, typically stored on the local disc, is no longer available or accessible.
It is still recommended to review associated settings in such cases.
Allow Calculation Sensor as Input Source for other Calculation Sensors
Using a calculation sensor as input sensor for another calculation sensor used to be supported with previous versions and is now brought back with this software update.
A calculation sensor used as input source must not be configured as reference sensor.
