To geotag an image
Geotagging is assigned to JPG images linked as a file or image attribute or media file to a point.

It is not possible to remove geotagging information from an image.

Trimble Access does not support geotagging when running on an Android controller.

- Tap
and select Job. The current job is already selected.
- Tap Properties.
- Tap Media files.
- In the Link to field, select Previous point, Next point or Point name.
- Select Geotag images.
- Tap Accept.
Alternatively, when capturing images to link to attributes, in the attribute entry screen, tap Options and then select Geotag images.

Tap
and select Instrument / Camera. The camera application on the controller opens.
- To change to the rear-facing camera, tap the Switch camera icon in the top left.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Click Choose whether camera can use location information.
- Tap Yes to switch applications.
- Enable the Location service switch.
- Return to the camera application and tap the image capture button.
