In the Upload or Download screen, the icon indicates the file that is in conflict. Tap the file and then select one of the following:

  • Overwrite local file: Changes made to the local file will be lost.
  • Keep local file: Cloud file contents will be overwritten on the next upload.

Once you have selected the action, the icon next to the file changes to , indicating that the file conflict has been resolved. Once the file syncing action is complete, the icon will change to .

Occasionally when downloading a project the software will not present the Overwrite local file or Keep local file options and instead shows a message warning that the file contains content from another project and the local file must be removed or renamed before the file can be downloaded. Tap Esc to return to the Projects list and then open File Explorer and navigate to the C:\ProgramData\Trimble\Trimble Access\Trimble Data folder and remove or rename the appropriate file.
