BIM toolbar

Use the BIM toolbar to isolate and view the data you are most interested in from the BIM models currently shown in the map.

The BIM toolbar automatically appears next to the Map toolbar when at least one BIM model has at least one layer set to selectable in the Layer manager. If the BIM toolbar is not shown, tap on the Map toolbar and then select BIM toolbar.

Button	Function
Hide	Select items using the selection tools in the Map toolbar or by Organizer group. The selected items do not have to be in the same layer or in the same BIM file. Tap to hide selected items in the BIM model. For more information, see Hiding and isolating items in BIM models.
Show only	Select items using the selection tools in the Map toolbar or by Organizer group. The selected items do not have to be in the same layer or in the same BIM file. Tap to show only selected items in the BIM model. For more information, see Hiding and isolating items in BIM models.
Undo	Tap to undo the previous filtering action (Hide, Show only, or selection by Organizer group).
Reset	Tap to undo all previous filtering actions and reset the map.
Selection mode	Tap to quickly disable or re-enable the selectability of item types when selecting items from a BIM model in the map. Tap and then select an option to toggle on or toggle off whether those items are selectable. The options are: Point/vertex selection controls whether points or vertices in the model are selectable. Line/edge selection controls whether lines or edges in the model are selectable. Surface selection: controls how much of a surface is selectable. Only one surface selection option can be enabled at a time. Choose from: Whole object to select the whole object as a single surface. Individual faces to select only a single face of the object at a time. The button changes to when selection of any item types is disabled. For more information, see BIM model selection mode.
Organizer	Tap to open the Organizer form and select items shown in the BIM model by Organizer group set up in Trimble Connect. For more information, see Selecting from BIM models by Organizer group.
Property sets	Tap to download custom property sets applied to the BIM models shown in the map from Trimble Connect. For more information, see Reviewing custom property sets.

Undo
