To edit code records

You can review and edit code records after measuring points.

When you edit a code record, a note with a time stamp documenting the old code value is attached to the record.

If you are editing:

  • a single code, use Review job or Point manager.
  • codes in multiple records, use Point manager.

You can edit Descriptions in the same way.

  1. Tap and select Job data / Review job.
  2. Tap the observation record that contains the code you want to edit.
  3. Change the code.
  4. Tap Accept.
  1. Tap and select Job data / Point manager.

  2. Tap a record to select it. To select multiple records, press and hold Ctrl to select records from anywhere in the list, or press and hold Shift to select a group of records from the list.

  3. Tap Edit and then select Codes.
  4. Enter the new code(s) or tap , select the new code and tap Enter.

  5. Tap OK.

    If the code has attributes, the attribute entry screen for the code appears. See Entering attribute values when measuring a point.

  6. Enter the attributes. Tap Store.
