To set the date and time

Trimble Access uses the data and time setting on the controller for recording when changes are made to files.

To set the time and date on the controller:

  1. Navigate to the operating system settings screen and search for [Date & time].
  2. Change the date and time as required.

To configure the GPS time display setting for the job:

  1. Tap and select Job to view the Jobs screen.
  2. Select the job and tap Properties.
  3. Tap Units.
  4. In the Time format field, select the required time display format.

A time stamp is stored with every record in the job and output to the DC file every 30 minutes.
