If you are having issues connecting to the receiver, you may need to forget any previously paired devices. See Forgetting a DA2 pairing on your device and Resetting the DA2 below.
On an iOS device, you must first connect the device to the DA2 from the iOS Bluetooth settings screen, and then connect to the DA2 from the field software.

If you are having issues connecting to the receiver, you may need to forget any previously paired devices. See Forgetting a DA2 pairing on your device and Resetting the DA2 below.
In the event of a Bluetooth connection issue, you may need to remove an existing pairing between your DA2 and your Android or iOS device. This is called “forgetting a device”.
To forget a Bluetooth device:
-
Open the Bluetooth settings on your Android or iOS device.
-
Search for the DA2 receiver serial number.
-
Tap Forget this device (or similar, depending on your device type)
Your device will remove any previous pairing/connection data.
For more information on removing existing Bluetooth connections, refer to the documentation for your Android or iOS device.
You can also make DA2 forget any previously paired Android or iOS devices by resetting it.
To reset the DA2:
-
Make sure the DA2 is powered on.
-
Press-hold the Power button for approximately ten (10) seconds.
The LED will flash quickly then the DA2 will turn off. It will forget any previously paired devices.
-
Press the Power button again to power on the receiver.
Resetting the DA2 does not remove the device from the Android or iOS device it was previously connected to, but will prevent it from being used with that device again. When you reset the DA2, you may also need to follow the instructions to Forgetting a DA2 pairing on your device before you can connect to it again.
