Version 2026.05.06

  • Point cloud scans (TRCPS) are now loaded alongside mission data so users can view panorama stations together with the associated scan (#556).

  • Added a Show all objects button to the main toolbar, enabling users to restore all hidden models with a single click (#827).

  • Point cloud classes hidden in TRCPS project settings are now respected when loading scans (#831).

  • Active alignment context and alignment measurement behavior now remain consistent when switching between alignments (#850).

  • Added a global model transparency control to the pane viewer toolbar, enabling users to adjust the opacity of all loaded models simultaneously. The slider setting is retained per pane (#680).

  • Introduced a run details panel that displays point cloud statistics and camera information for the selected run. Access this panel via the Options menu > See details in the Project Data tree (#635).

  • The measurement toolbar is now available in image, panorama, and station-navigation panes, in addition to the 3D pane. The measurement tool selection is synchronized across all panes in the layout (#586).

Improvements

  • Added a loading spinner for image and panorama panes, leveraging a new image-capability-base loading state signal to provide users with clear progress feedback while imagery loads (#722).

Bug fixes

  • Fixed alignment chainage display to correctly show units; the unit formatting utility now defaults to feet when feet-inches is unavailable, and API requests use the correct unit (#802).

  • Station markers now reliably reappear after exiting section view mode, with the alignment navigation mode re-adding station icons on mode transition (#817).

  • Resolved an issue where point cloud styling settings were not saved when creating a view. The views module now serializes styling state. (#794).

  • Standardized view mode icons across all pane layouts, ensuring the empty viewer state, layout tab, and view mode picker use a unified icon set (#565).

  • Fixed stale section view mode when switching to path navigation; the path navigation mode now properly resets section state on activation (#837).

  • The panorama camera now resets to the horizon upon station entry, preventing disorienting pitch angles from previous views. The stations-navigation-capability ensures a horizon-level camera direction when entering station view (#652).

  • Corrected the run details panel to display the accurate station count, now derived from mission imagery metadata instead of alignment data (#839).
