Using Trimble Applications

The Trimble Applications section, in the Sidebar under Local storage, provides direct access to the data folders of other installed Trimble software. It enables you to view and manage projects easily without navigating through folders buried in the file system.

This feature offers two primary benefits to simplify your project management:

• simplified project access - provides direct links to the data for, e.g. Trimble Access and Trimble Siteworks software. This eliminates the need to manually navigate through complex, deeply nested system folders every time you need to find your project files.

• centralized hub - effectively gathers your key Trimble project data into one convenient, easy-to-access location right within Trimble Data Manager.

Within the Trimble Applications view, you can perform all standard file management operations, including copy-pasting, renaming, deleting, sharing.
