Signing in
You must sign in to be able to connect to and use any receiver that requires a subscription, such as a Trimble Catalyst DA2 receiver or a Trimble Catalyst DA1 antenna. When you are signed in, the Trimble Mobile Manager software is able to obtain your Catalyst subscription details and calculate positions to the accuracy level expected for your subscription.
If you do not have a Trimble Identity, you can create one during the sign in process. Alternatively, you can sign in with an existing Google account or an existing Apple account.
If you connect to a Trimble Catalyst receiver, you are prompted to sign in. You can also sign in by tapping , then tapping Sign In.
When the Trimble Sign In page appears, follow the instructions to sign in to your Trimble account. If you do not have a Trimble ID you can create one from here.
If you do not have a Trimble Identity, tap Create an account to create one. Alternatively, tap Sign in with Google to sign in with an existing Google account, Sign in with Microsoft to sign in with an existing Microsoft account, or Sign in with Apple to sign in with an existing Apple account. You must use the email address that your Catalyst subscription is assigned to.
When the DA2 or DA1 is selected as the position source, the Trimble Mobile Manager software will continue to refresh your license as long as you have internet access. If you are without internet access continuously for more than 9 days you will be prompted to sign in again the next time you regain internet access. You can work without internet access continuously for up to 30 days.
To exit the app without signing out, close the app in the same way you normally close apps on your device (for example, by swiping the app closed or by tapping the Close Apps button).
By exiting the app without signing out, you can continue to use the app without signing in as long as you are online. If you are offline for more than 9 days you will be prompted to sign in again the next time you are online. You can work offline for up to 30 days.
Because signing in requires an internet connection, Trimble recommends that where possible you exit the app without signing out to avoid being unable to sign in when out in the field.
If you choose to sign out of the Trimble Mobile Manager software, you can no longer use your Catalyst subscription and cannot connect to a DA2 receiver or DA1 antenna.
Signing out "checks in" your Trimble Catalyst license so that it can be used by another device.
To sign out of your account, tap and tap Sign out. When the message Do you want to sign out? appears, tap Sign out.

To manage your Trimble Identity, in Trimble Mobile Manager tap and tap Manage account.
A message warns that if you are signed in then you will be signed out and will not be able to sign in again unless you have an internet connection.

To return to the software, tap Take me back.

To continue to manage your account, tap Take me to My Profile.

The Trimble Identity page opens in your browser. Enter your Trimble Identity username and password and sign in.

To update your personal details, tap Basics and edit the information as required.

To request a copy of your data, or to delete your Trimble Identity if it is no longer needed, tap Data & Privacy and then follow the on‑screen instructions.
