Managing projects

When you are signed in, the Projects screen appears when you start Trimble Sync Manager. It shows all projects you have created or that have been shared with you.

  • To create a new project, click New. See Creating a project.
  • To edit the project properties or manage jobs in the project, click the project to select it. The project opens showing the Project overview screen.
  • To find a project in the list, use the fields at the top of the screen:
    • To search for part of the project name, enter the text to search for in the Search field. Project names that contain the entered letters are listed.
    • To sort the list of projects, select the sorting method in the Sort by field.
    • To show projects from only one server, select the region in the Region field. By default all projects on all Trimble Connect file servers are shown.
  • To refresh the list, click . This is useful if, for example, a project has recently been shared with you.
  • To remove a project from the list, click on the project tile. Select whether to:
    • Leave the project, which removes you from the list of team members for the project and removes the project from your list.
    • Delete the project, which deletes the project from the server and removes it from everyone's project list. Deleting a project cannot be undone.
