Setting up the device

This section tells you how to set up your TSC5 controller / Ranger 5 data collector before you start using it. It covers installing a SIM card, installing the optional accessory battery pack, tethering the stylus to the device, installing a screen protector, attaching the pole bracket, attaching the handstrap, and attaching Empower modules.
