Edit or delete a device

1. In the Main menu (left pane), click Devices.

2. Select a device in the list.

3. In the info pane on the right, click either the Edit or Delete icon.

Export a device

1. In the Main menu (left pane), click Devices.

2. Select a device in the list.

3. At the top right, click the Export button.

   After the Exporting devices message disappears, a .csv format file is downloaded to your computer. You can find it in your Windows Downloads folder.

Change a device's license status

1. Data transfer, remote access, and IBSS are available only for licensed devices.

2. In the Main menu (left pane), click Devices.

3. Select a device in the list.

4. In the Status column for the selected device, click the drop-down arrow and select a license status.

   

Publish to all devices when toggled on - Designs are sent to all current and future devices only when Publish to all devices is specifically enabled. If you manually select all devices in a project, WorksManager now treats that as a one-time selection and will not automatically send the design to devices added later. Additionally, if a project has no devices yet, you can still choose whether future devices should receive the design. For details, see Publish a Design.
