Roles and Permissions in Trimble Connect and WorksManager

Project Admin Account Admin Project Manager A user can click the Save and Enable button to create a project in WorksManager. A user with an Account Admin role must be set up in WorksManager before the first synchronization can occur. The synchronization does not create users with the Account Admin role.
Project Admin Account User Project Manager A user can synchronize an already connected project but cannot create a WorksManager project (cannot click Save and Enable in the extension). Onle Account Admins can create projects in WorksManager. If you add an Admin user to the Trimble Connect project, the original Admin user must synchronize the project before the new user has the ability to synchronize the project.
Project User Account User Project Viewer A user can view the WorksManager proejct but cannot synchronize the Trimble Connect project with Worksmanager or create designs in WorksManager.
