WorksOS Release Notes - May 2022
New & Improved
This Trimble WorksOS release includes these new features and enhancements:
Calculations
-
Improved volume calculations using finer tolerances - All volume calculations in WorksOS now have finer tolerances for increased accuracy. The previous tolerance was 0.05 m (0.016 ft); this has been tightened to 0.001 m (0.003 ft).
This change means that small volume differences between the 'From' and 'To' surfaces that were equal to or less than the previous tolerance of a 0.05 m difference were not counted in the Volume calculation. The new tolerance of 0.001 m means that any volume difference equal to or within 0.001 m will now be included in the Volume calculation.
Calculations previously made in these areas will now have different results:

Filters
-
Multiple Machine Designs can now be selected within a filter - Multiple Machine Design filters can now be selected and used to filter the data inside of WorksOS (previously only a single Machine Design filter could be applied).
