Resolved issues

Trimble Scan Explorer: Resolved issue where the temp folder was not removed after closing the application, leading to the software crashing upon reopen.
International Foot Conversion: Corrected an issue where International Feet coordinates were converted to US Survey Feet.
Unicode Character Error: Resolved an import issue for Trimble X12 data and ZFS files named with certain Unicode characters including Japanese.
