Version 2025.11 of the Trimble® RealWorks software is available from 7 August 2025.

Resolved issues

  • Model-Cloud Alignment: Potential software crash related to internal UI call and when launching the tool while selecting non-model objects.

  • Model-Cloud Alignment: Missing translations for non-English languages.

  • Target Extraction: Potential crash when extracting a black and white checkerboard target.

Trimble does not support FARO Premium scanners with Trimble RealWorks or other Trimble products because the updated API for the FARO .fls format has not been provided to Trimble. Users can choose to prevent the installation of the outdated .fls library through custom installation options.

If you are experiencing random crashes or stuttering issues with RTX Ada generation cards, especially with NVIDIA drivers version 572.xx or newer, try deactivating the "Threaded optimization" option in the NVIDIA control panel. This has been reported to resolve stability issues in multithreaded OpenGL applications.
