Note on Publishing Project Files to TCC

When you save a project to the Connected Community (TCC) website, only the VCE (.vce) project file is saved to the site. The project folder, which contains the original data files used in the project, is not saved to the site. Because the VCE project file contains all of the data used in the project, this is typically not a problem for a user who downloads the VCE project file but does not have the project folder stored locally. The user can perform most functions with the software. However, the user cannot process baselines using the Process Baselines command or edit satellite sessions using the Session Editor command because the software requires access to the project folder to perform these functions. In these cases, the user must copy the project folder to their local drive at C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\My Documents\Trimble Business Center.

Note that the Archive Project command can be used to compress the VCE project file and project folder into a ZIP file that is suitable for transferral. If installed, Trimble WebDrive could be used to upload the project folder (or ZIP file) to the TCC website and download it from the TCC website to a local drive
