Use the Landscaping/Topsoil site improvement category to define area-based landscaping site improvements, such as topsoil, sod, grasses, shrubs, and mulch. In addition to the procured material layers needed for area-based landscaping site improvements, this category enables you to specify the depth at which previously stripped topsoil (or topsoils imported from off site) should be replaced within a landscaping site improvement of this type (as designated using the Identify Site Regions command).
