Network Device Port Options

Use the Options dialog to specify the port to use when connecting to a device over the network. Also use it to specify whether TableSync should always be turned on.

To specify Network Device Port options:

1. Select Options.
2. In the Options dialog, select Network Device Port in the left navigation pane.
3. Select settings as follows. When you are done, click OK.

Network Device Port
Port	Select the port you want to use to connect to a Trimble Tablet using TabletSync. The same port must be selected on the Trimble Tablet. The default port is 8000. Note: If the selected port is in use when you attempt to connect to a Trimble Tablet, the Options dialog will open allowing you to select a different port.
Keep TabletSync always on	Specify whether TableSync should always be "listening" for a connection request from a Trimble Tablet, as opposed to turning on the "listening" feature in the Device Pane only at the time you wish to connect to the tablet.
