Print a View or Report
You can print the contents of a graphic view or a selected plotbox to any Windows-supported printing device. You can also print a report using your default Web browser's print command.
Prerequisites:
- An attached printer or plotter
To print a graphic view or plotbox:
- Select Print.
The content you have selected to print is displayed in the print preview. Use the Zoom bar to zoom the view in or out.
- Click the Page Setup link to specify the paper size, orientation, and margins.
- Optionally, click the Create plotbox link to create a new plotbox for printing.
- Click the Print button to display the Print dialog in which you can select the printer to which you want to print the displayed content.
- In the Print dialog, click OK.
Print by selection
- Click Print by Selection. The Print by selection pane opens.
- Click and drag to select objects within the Plan View.
- Click the Apply button to display the Print dialog.
- Confirm your printer properties and click OK.
