continuous segment

A roving segment selected for processing. The portion of a kinematic raw data file that contains the information collected while the receiver is in motion. Continuous segment data is processed against the base station data to produce a trajectory.

Data that is collected as a continuous segment can be marked as a roving segment during data file import (Raw Data Check In).
