Description and Search Type Options
Use these options to define the type of custom importer you want to create, and add a description. They are available in the second dialog of the Import Format Editor.

Enter a descriptive string to describe this importer (optional). |
| Type |
Select the option that describes the file you want to import: Delimited - this file contains data that is separated by a specific character. Fixed Width - this file contains data that is in pre-defined columns. Search for Text- this file contains data marked on either side by a text string. Regular Expression - this file contains data that can be identified with a regular expression. |
