Cloud sync status icons
In the Projects list and the Jobs list, the cloud icons or buttons next to the project or job name indicate whether the project or job is identical to the project or job in Trimble Connect, or if action is needed.
Action buttons
These cloud icons are buttons that indicate action is needed:
-
Tap
to download all changes to the project or job.
-
Tap
to upload all changes to the project or job.
-
Tap
and select Upload or Download to resolve a conflict between changes to the project or job in Trimble Connect or on the controller. See Managing file conflicts.
Cloud status icons
These cloud icons are status icons only:
-

-
you are not assigned to the project or to the job.
-
you were assigned to the project or job but were then unassigned.
-
you are one of several users who have access to the same controller and the project or job is assigned to one of the other users.
-
you are assigned to the project but you cannot open it because you have not been assigned a Connect Business for Trimble Access subscription and are therefore restricted to working with only one project. To request a subscription, contact your project administrator.
-
-
or
indicates the job is read-only. You may be able to see a read-only job in the Jobs list if you are assigned the User role and:-
You have changed the filter above the Jobs list to show Cloud jobs: All jobs rather Cloud: Assigned to me jobs.
When you select the Cloud: Assigned to me option in the filter jobs not assigned to you are not listed.
-
You were previously assigned the Admin role which meant that you had write access to all jobs.
You can download the job and view it, or you can choose to delete it from the controller.
