Add a customer
Create your customer and link them to an organization.
NOTE – Only the fields marked with a red asterisk are required, but it is best practice to enter as much information as you can. Entering more information will improve the customer insights that Trimble can provide you.

In the left navigation panel, click Customers / Manage Customers.

Click + Add Customer near the top of the Manage Customers panel.

Enter the customer's details and select the required Language for the invitation.
NOTE –

You cannot use the same email address for more than one customer. Make sure the email address is correct. It is the email address used by the system to send the subscription activation email.

Trimble L2P and AllTrak subscriptions do not work with email addresses for ISP domains such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and hotmail.com. Please ensure the customer’s email address uses a company domain.

Click Continue.

Search for an organization record that matches the customer account. Edit the organization details and click Search. A pop-up appears with the results of your search:

If you see an organization that matches the customer, click the button next to the matching organization and click Continue.

If you do not see an organization that matches the customer, click Search Again at the bottom of the screen to update your search parameters, or click + Create a New Organization to manually create a new organization. If you click Create a New Organization, you will see a pop-up where you can manually create the organization. When finished, click Save.

NOTE – You may see a pop-up indicating that an alternative recommended address was found. To ignore the alternative and use the address you entered on the previous screen, click Use This Address. To accept the alternative recommended address, click Accept. To edit the address information you provided on the previous screen, click No, I want to edit the address. After editing the address, click Save.

The linked organization will display in the Organization column. No further action is required, however, if you need to make a correction, you can edit the customer.
