To add a customer

  1. Click Subscriptions / Assign/renew.
  2. Click Add Customer near the top of the Customers panel.
  3. Enter the customer's name and email address, select the required Language for the invitation, and then click OK.

     

    • You cannot use the same email address for more than one customer. Make sure the email address is correct. It is the email address used by the system to send the subscription activation email.
    • Trimble L2P and AllTrak subscriptions do not work with email addresses for ISP domains (gmail.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, etc.). Please ensure the customer email address uses a company domain.
