To cancel a renewable subscription
Cancel a subscription when it is no longer required by the customer. This may be because the customer requires fewer subscription licenses, or because you need to change the customer's current subscription variant to a different one.

Select Subscribe.
- Select the customer in the Customers panel.
- In the Subscriptions panel, click > next to the appropriate subscription service.

Click Cancel for the appropriate subscription variant.

Click OK in the confirmation message.
All subscriptions of the selected variant are canceled. Unused portions of the subscription will be reallocated to the Virtual Warehouse as stock, ready for assigning to the same customer or a different customer.
If the subscription has been activated, the expiry date shown for the subscription changes to the soonest possibly date the subscription can end. This date is the end of the current month block. The exact day of the month depends on the date the subscription was first activated.
If the subscription is included in an active Date Alignment request, this is indicated here and the Cancel option is not available. See To align subscription dates for more information.
