Edit a customer

In the left navigation panel, click Customers / Manage Customers.

Locate the customer to edit.
TIP – Use the Search customers field to filter customer records.

Click the blue pencil to the far right of the record to edit the customer (under Actions).

From here you can edit the following:

Customer Name
-
Organization
-
This list displays organizations associated with your customer. Select the correct one; if you cannot locate the correct organization, scroll to the top of the list and click Search Organization. Enter the details of the organization and click Search.
NOTE – Only the fields marked with a red asterisk are required, but it is best practice to enter as much information as you can. Entering more information will improve the customer insights that Trimble can provide you.

Select the organization to associate with the customer. Click Continue.

First Name

Last Name

-
Click Save.

Any additional accounts matched to this organization are shown as options. Select Yes, this account belongs to this organization or No, this account does not belong to this organization. Click Submit.
