To filter items
If you have a large number of items shown, filter or sort items to more easily find a specific item.

Creating a global filter hides all items that are not related to a single purchase order, sales order, or serial number, and automatically applies that number when you select an item.
To show only items that are related to a single purchase order, sales order, or serial number:
- In the Filter field in the navigation bar, enter the number to filter by.
- Select whether you have entered a purchase order, sales order or serial number.
All tabs in the Virtual Warehouse are refreshed to show only items related to the entered number.

To show items related to only one product, select the product in the product bar.
To show all items, click the All Variants icon at the top of the product bar. By default, all products are shown.

In the Subscribe tab, to show items related to only one subscription type, select the subscription type in the subscription bar.
To show all customers, click the All customers icon at the top of the subscription bar. By default, all customers are shown.
To show only customers with no subscriptions assigned, click the Customers with no assigned subscriptions icon at the bottom of the subscription bar.

In the Hardware Variants panel in the Assign/Upgrade tab, click the node on the slider to view only items that match that status.
Take care to note the serial number of a device you select if you have the slider set to Unassigned, as the device status will change as soon as you assign an item to it, and it will no longer appear in the Hardware Variants panel when the Unassigned filter is applied.

To change the order of items shown, select the criteria to sort by from the sort field at the top of the panel and then click .

To show only some items in a panel, apply a filter.
For example, to filter by information entered in the Reference field, click at the top of the panel. Enter the filter term and then select Reference from the filter category list.
If you have applied a global filter or a product filter, then the items shown match all active filters.

To clear the filter applied to a panel, click x in the filter term field at the top of the panel.
To clear the global filter, click x in the global filter term field.
To clear all filters or to deselect all items, press F5 or use your internet browser toolbar to refresh/reload the page.
