To resend the activation email
Once the subscription is assigned to the customer, the customer receives an email notifying them that the service has been set up and can be activated.
If the customer does not receive the activation email or cannot locate it, you can resend the email from the Virtual Warehouse

Select Subscribe.
- Select the customer in the Customers panel.
- In the Subscriptions panel, click > next to the appropriate subscription service.

Click Resend for the appropriate subscription variant.
