Using the Dashboard

Use the Dashboard to easily see what renewals are coming up, and what stock you will need to auto-extend or manually extend those subscriptions.

To access the Dashboard, click Subscriptions / Dashboard. It shows:

• Renewal stock details - the current stock level for each product, and what renewals are coming up in the next 7, 14, 30, and 90 days for that product. Highlighted renewal numbers indicate there is currently no stock available.

• Stock required for renewal - the upcoming renewals by customer / product. You can filter this by 7, 14, or 28 days ahead. Highlighted renewal numbers indicate there is currently no stock available.

By default, both tables show 5 rows per page. Click the dropdown below either table to display more or all rows.

To download the stock records to a .csv file, click above either of the tables.
