Integrated Survey
The Integrated Survey functionality was added in Siteworks v1.70, and requires the Advanced Measurement module (AMM).
Integrated Survey is not available in Siteworks SE Starter Edition, as total stations are not supported in Siteworks SE.
The main improvements include:
-
You can now simultaneously connect to both a GNSS receiver and a total station and then to switch between them to take measurements from either device.
-
The SX12 and SX10 scanning total stations are now fully supported as the optical instrument, as are all currently supported GNSS receivers. Measurements can only be taken from one device at a time, but with one click in the Siteworks status bar the primary positioning device can be swapped.
-
The UTS can now “turn to” the GNSS location, thereby streamlining a prism search.
-
You can now measure a new GNSS control point during a UTS setup and then immediately take the UTS measurement to station the instrument.
To measure a new control point during the instrument setup process, the project must already have a site calibration completed or be using a published coordinate system.
