mass haul import

A quantity of the mass earthwork material to be supplied by an off-site location where it is needed (which is generally associated with the same construction project) from a specific station along a corridor construction job site. The material is to be added to the corridor's mass earthwork volume, independent of those materials that may be provided by borrow pits. The mass haul import volume must be used on the subject construction project; excess material imported to a location must then be hauled to other locations untilused; an excess caused by import needs to be compensated for by the system. Exports and imports are used to evaluate the sharing and movement of mass earthwork materials between different aspects of the same construction project, each analyzed using a different corridor.
