Export SDMS Files (.sdms)

Export total station observation, point, and station data to a SDMS (Survey Data Management System; .sdms) file.

To export an SDMS file:

1. Select Export in Home > Data Exchange.

   The Export command pane displays.

1. Click the Survey tab. A list of available survey exporters displays.
2. In the list, select SDMS exporter.
3. In the Data field, specify the data you want to include in the export.
4. In the File Name field, enter or select a file name and location for the exported file.
5. Click the Export button.

   The new SDMS file is created in the selected location.
