Edit a Block Definition
Use the New Block Edit View command to edit a block definition in the Block Edit View tab (for example, modify linework, add or remove objects, or edit text).
Prerequisites:
- See the Subscription Plans page. For a license matrix by command, see the License page in the TBC Community. Also see View and manage licensed features.
- Your project must include an instance of the block you want to edit.
To edit a block definition:
- In a graphic view, select an instance of a block whose definition you want to edit.
- Right-click and select New Block Edit View to display
- In the Block Edit View tab, make modifications to the block definition as necessary.
Your changes are immediately reflected in any instances of the block in your project.
